Constitutions R Us

Here is the American military's oath of allegiance:

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

George Bush is quoted as saying "Who cares about the Constitution; it's just a piece of God damn paper?" Unfortunately he's absolutely correct. The oath just serves to confuse everyone, and here is why:

1. The Constitution is just a contract, and applies only to those who
signed it.

2. The Constitution was formally rejected during the first Civil war.

3. Since 1871 the United States is a corporation, not a government.
As such there is no compulsion for a corporation to heed such a document.

4. Abraham Lincoln was our worst enemy of the "Constitution" by
making himself a dictator and imposing martial law that is still in
effect and supported by subsequent War Powers Acts.

5. Being in the military is to be under the rule of a dictator and live
under martial law, hence the allusion to the UCMJ. The oath gives
an illusion of "Constitutional Rights" that are certainly revoked when making the oath.

6. The Constitution was created to counteract the abuses of tyranny
imposed by Roman Admiralty (Martial) Law while imposing a limited Constitution tyranny that gives "inalienable" rights to individuals under non-war conditions. Such conditions have not existed in the "United States" since the first civil war. This fact is the Holy Grail of Tyranny and the way in which the "Constitution" and it's lack of respect for individual rights have brought us back to the same condition that the founding fathers sacrificed so miserably to uphold.

Man is a a carnivorous pack animal, whose mind is fixed upon its
prey. In this case, any one who respects individual rights over
lynch mob mentality. We have an atavistic tendency to follow leaders the way wolves do that single out the weakest for decimation. An effective killing team serves the dictator to
feed on the death of others. This is impersonal murder for
profit and the inherent nature of nomadic military who serve
nothing but the whims of the current leader/dictator.

If three people live together, two will enslave the third or rob Peter to pay Paul. And sadly that is what democracy, royalty, dictatorship, communism, and capitalism are all about.

War is the best way to ensure domestic tyranny, so help me God.
