The fractal and other pet peeves

Of all the things that the Transmogrifer encounters in cyberspace, the fractal is the most annoying. I don't know why, but fractals bug the excrement out of me. So I tried putting a simple one in Photoshop and fixing it:

Tinted auto glass and ethnic automobiles:

This is the quintessential pimp mobile.
Tinted glass to piss off law enforcement,
confuse other drivers and
make the operator feel like a big time celebrity or
legend in his own mind. Ethnic tires and wheels to
indicate a state of conspicuous consumption and
an audio system to liquefy the internal organs
of anyone (but the owner and his passengers) within
a 500 yard radius.
These are actually gaudy, noisy urban assault vehicles

Noise health effects are the health consequences of elevated sound levels. Elevated workplace or other noise can cause hearing impairment, hypertension, ischemic heart disease, annoyance, sleep disturbance, and decreased school performance. Changes in the immune system and birth defects have been attributed to noise exposure, but evidence is limited.^[1]presbycusis may occur naturally with age,^[2] in many developed nations the cumulative impact of noise is sufficient to impair the hearing of a large fraction of the population over the course of a lifetime.^[3][4] Noise exposure has also been known to induce tinnitus, hypertension, vasoconstriction and other cardiovascular impacts.^[5] Beyond these effects, elevated noise levels can create stress, increase workplace accident rates, and stimulate aggression and other anti-social behaviors.^[6] The most significant causes are vehicle and aircraft noise, prolonged exposure to loud music, and industrial noise.

The innocuous conversations about the
weather and "how are you doing?"
If you answer that you will classified as
a bore. What is the point of socializing if we are just
going to converse about what we just ate,
roadsigns etc.
Oh, I guess the interesting stuff is to be left to

as a total wastes of time or little deaths

Krzysztof Kieslowski and Heavenly Bodies

This is Kieslowski, the Transmogrifer's favorite movie director. He is from Poland and his movies are subtitled but well worth the viewer participation to enjoy them. I will discuss them in the order that I encountered them.

Juliette Binoche in Blue

"First in the Three Colours trilogy in which Kieslowski's close-ups explore ideas of "freedom" from the personal perspective of his heroine Julie. One of the most highly regarded & awarded films of the 1990s with mysterious & hauntingly beautiful cinematography by Slawomir Idziak, a daring, breakout performance by Juliette Binoche & evocative score by Zbigniew Preisner."

Irene Jacob in Red

A beautifully woven tale of chance encounters and relationships, Red is Kieslowski's best, and possibly final, film. Red is an altogether darker colour than blue and white and this is reflected in the film. Rich and complex in both tone and emotion, Red defies the usual conventions of associating the colour with blood, danger and evil (in most films, red is used to represent evil, blue is good and white is for innocence) and instead uses it to signify optimism, frustration and FRATERNITE.

Irene Jacob gives a splendid performance as Valentine, a young model who meets a former judge (Jean-Loius Trintignant) and together grow closer. They explore the boundaries of their relationship and rekindle qualities in each other that had been forgotten or neglected. Their influence on Valentine's neighbour, a judge to be, and his girlfriend parallels the implications of extending a fraternal hand to those in need.

As with the rest of the trilogy, Kieslowski's use of locations is truly masterful lending the streets of Geneva a serene beauty. Innovative camera work allows the film to almost hypnotize the viewer, drawing them into the world of the characters and evoking an empathy with them and their destinies.

Irene Jacob in The Double Life of Veronique

Krzysztof Kieślowski's 1991 feature, The Double Life of Véronique, is a mysterious little movie. While it does tell a story in a semblance of conventional narrative, it's also an emotional jigsaw puzzle, a feat of storytelling agility that puts a lot of trust in its audience. Kieślowski is stingy with the exposition, instead asking us to follow and not to worry about where we are going. Our belief that he will get us somewhere will be its own reward.

How to commit transmogrify:

Transmogrify vt To change into a different, especially fantastic or bizarre shape or form.

First off you've got to question everything, including your own authority and creativity. That will give you a start.

Another key ingredient is spontaneity. That's a concept that isn't highly regarded in the business community.

Let's pick a term: war child.

Sonar: sound navigation and ranging.

Sonar helps submarines navigate and locate targets for destruction. The system "pings" for objects in their underwater world. These are systems used in warfare since WW2 in both the Pacific and Atlantic oceans.

This same technology is used later in sonograms to "see" unborn people, many of whom are targeted for destruction.


The birth certificate:

It is not difficult to see that a state created birth certificate with an ALL-CAPS name is a document, evidencing debt the moment it is issued. Once a state has registered a birth document with U.S. Department of Commerce, the Department notifies the Treasury Department, which takes out a loan from the Federal Reserve. The Treasury uses the loan to purchase a bond (the Fed holds a "purchase money security interest" in the bond) from the Department of Commerce, which invests the sale proceeds in the stock or bond market.

The birth certificate certifies the child, under Admiralty Law, to be property of the British Crown. The parents are "informants" and signing the document means that they have symbolically thrown the "child" into the sea for retrieval by Maritime Law and the British Crown. Now, it is easy to understand why, destruction of British property (abortion and war) is not murder under these conditions. Only those without birth certificates have rights and qualify as sovereign human beings. It is also easy to understand the reverence with which American and British government treat immigrants. A war child is a piece of government property and was described as such in the military as GIs (government issues) with "dog" tags.

The Roman Empire created the maritime law (LAW OF THE WATER) that England has used for hundreds of years to dominate the planet. To acknowledge that you "understand" this means that you accept it as policy in the great legal minds of our continental corporation aka THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

There is controversy about Barack Obama's citizenship that is a complicated cover-up for the simple fact that Constitutional law has no bearing on any legal issues in this country. We are under martial (Admiralty Law) and have been for a long time. The US president is chief executive of a corporation, and as far as I know, the president of any corporation anywhere does not require citizenship of any kind. So, the Illuminati do what they do so well, build incomprehensible structures to distract the masses from their servitude popularly referred to as a pyramid scheme. Let's spend a great deal of time trying to figure this mess out while we are taxed to oblivion.

How am I kept powerless? The law of the water.

In the beginning one resides in the womb where everything is provided by your mother's body. In this state there are no painful existential decisions and no conscious desires (that are known much about anyway).

Then you are propelled into the external world where you draw your first breath, and your needs are immediate and tools for obtaining them are few. Once you draw your first breath, you will need to draw countless more, now you are an extreme dependent and you will have to cry (plea) to your mother and father (later to be known as the government) to get what you need. Now you are in a condition of one-way negotiation, ignorant of any needs of your parents (the government).

Now the next step, which many never make, is to become aware of the power dynamics and the negotiating process as an interesting adventure. A good negotiator never allows himself to imagine that there is something he has to have, and tries assiduously to anticipate his fellow negotiator's weaknesses, strengths and value system. This never occurs to many in their short life times but I had the advantage of meeting Roger Dawson in audio cassette form and he showed me the error of my wicked ways.

Next, I'd like to explain the court system as the Transmogrifer perceives it:

Lawyers and judges and the whole "legal" system is a class system for the elite of which you are not. So why would anyone listen to what-the-hell some little old lady in a black robe might say? Reason one: the bailiff.

The bailiff is the cop who swears you in. Usually he sits in the corner of the court room to the left of the judge. He is armed with the latest human killing technology, nowadays a 15 round 9mm automatic pistol to take infidels to their next pit stop. The court room is a place of the most intense mind games known to "civilized" apes the world has ever known. It's very existential, and unless you have unlimited capital for legal defense or pursuit, you are fucked from the start in the most imaginative ways. So, of course they start you out with the biggest lie and imponderable they can dig up: GOD. The bailiff is a lesser god, like the judge. You are kept in a state of total helplessness, kind of like a fucked-up fetus, so they can glean cash from you and drive around in the latest pussy cars: BMW and Mercedes preferred at the moment of this writing. We are not talking about other great imponderables like justice or compensation at this point in our journey. Take the witness stand, feel the verbal cage and pay the price of "justice."

The courtroom is designed to emulate the environment of a ship at sea, because in a sense that's what it is. The judge is a lesser dictator emanating from the top of the pyramid and the yellow fringe around the flag is telling you something that "they" do no want you to know and that is: when you walk into that room you are under a dictator"ship" called Admiralty Law ...kinda like when you were a helpless fetus in your mother's water so the system can mess with your mind in a Freudian way too! Admiralty Law means that in spite of the quadrillion legal books collecting dust in "legal" libraries; the law is whatever the judge says it is in that moment. The books are just there to make the process so complicated that the average person is totally helpless and ready for fleecing. You have no rights under Admiralty Law, just as if you were on a ship...a dictatorship or slave ship. Whenever you encounter a word with "ship" tacked onto it, LOOKOUT! Don't look for justice on a slave ship.

Now for the Perry Mason and liberal legal propaganda, and that is that the legal system is looking out for your Constitutional "Rights." And George Bush said it best "... the Constitution's nothing but a piece of God-damned paper." Thanks George for the truth-in-lying business that you represent so well. Judges and lawyers are the tools of the banking monopoly but loathe to admit it, well why should they? They get to screw people and get paid for it. In Perry Mason's and the liberal legal perception the judge is someone who can be reasoned with. That's a product I don't recommend buying.

Here's another worthwhile tip, when you see the color blue on an official document or icon it usually is a symbol of Admiralty Law that FDR put us under on March 9, 1933; a day that will live in infamy.

Other uses of Admiralty Blue:

Admiralty Law, meaning that the country is under a
dictatorship, like the Captain of a slave ship.

My uncle had his original SSI card that showed the word "Insurance" on it. You know, like the national health "insurance" that Congress is pushing right now. Someone with more money than I have got a lawyer and challenged the "insurance" part. Down came the judge's Admiralty gavel, "Of course it's not insurance, it's just another tax!" Now all you can see is the "i" at the end of SSI, nobody notices or gives a shit.

Every culture has a spiritual instruction package, aka the Bible, the Kuran etc.
The purpose of these manuals is to give the dictator, king... whatever the top bully is called on that day; an escape clause. If everyone else in the kingdom has to be blindly obedient to the king, the king feels free to do whatever he wants. The king can allude to an extremely nebulous "higher authority" of his choosing. The king can now claim to be a servant to "god" and that he is obedient too. This a great trick to fool the masses into back breaking compliance and a downwardly mobile existence so the king and his enforcers can do whatever they want...without question. To question is heresy.


Now here comes a big question: who is King James? Most will say he wrote the Bible upon God's command. Haven't you ever asked yourself: if King James is so important why doesn't he have a game show on TV or a biography or a movie about him. Well?


Here what my research has revealed to me:

1. King James had a monetary struggle with Parliament and didn't want those bastards to question how much money he spent or why. So he commissioned the "Bible" to make him the divine persona on earth, a position that didn't require justification or limitation on anything the King dreamt up for his subjects (which constitutes the known universe and everything in it, this is now known as Equity or Admiralty Law). Previous bullies had used the Geneva Bible to confuse the shit out of everyone and take control. Think of it as the Patriot Act entombed in a dusty museum at Pico and Sepulveda.

2. The king required blind obedience from his cowering subjects which came to be known as "faith" and the entire quagmire of the Bible is a reinforcement of a dazzling, confusing mess to be sorted out by the subjects. Of course the whole idea didn't really make any sense in the first place so confusion has prevailed in its wake. If you understand the Bible well, you know that God's basic mode of operation is mass murder.

3. King James had the personal propensities of any bully: feeding on fear and torture of whomever caught his roving eye. But his main appetite was boys, a practice considered noble at the time. Child molesting is considered a "royal" activity, sacred and secret. Something called the "sport of kings." Even now the "public" is outraged with freelance child molesters while gleefully accepting in its presence with the power brokers with million child torture programs like MKULTRA. That's where the concept "divine" comes in. The individual, non-spiritual manual approved activities are called "profane." If this gets rather confusing, realize that that was the goal from the start. If you can't baffle 'em with bullshit, dazzle them with brilliance. Just take a long look at the trappings of any religion: dazzling! The high priests don't shop at Wallmart.

Later on we created another creative quagmire: the myth of representative "government" a concept to appease an ever growing population who imagined that they should have "rights."

So new "Bibles" were perpetrated upon the unwashed, dumber-than-dog-shit masses such as the IRS, inland revenue and billions of indecipherable laws to keeps us scratching our heads and wondering: how the fuck did we get into this mess?

Well, I've probably garnered my share of hate mail for a post-Christmas day, but don't believe me, research it for yourself.
