The Klismaphiliac and the concrete high- colonic

At this point in my life I start to think I've heard everything, then something like this comes along. The Klismaphiliac is a person who likes enemas and the long duration of retention gives the patient greater pleasure. So this guy used concrete with a ping pong ball to promote retention.
